Old Town is a historic district in San Sebastian, located at the foot of Mount Urgull between the port and the Urumea river. The district features a labyrinth of narrow cobbled streets, iconic buildings such as the Basilica of Santa Maria del Coro and the Gothic Church of San Vicente, and numerous lively tapas bars. The main square, Plaza de la Constitucion, retains numbered balconies from its bullring past, creating a unique historical atmosphere. The combination of medieval architecture, bustling streets, and proximity to the ocean gives the district its vibrant and enduring character.
