Hoz de Jaca

About the place
Hoz de Jaca is set in the Tena valley at over 1200 meters altitude. The village features traditional highland stone and slate architecture, integrated with the surrounding cliffs. The Mirador del Muro extends above the precipice, giving one of the most thrilling views in the region. Below lies the calm, reflective surface of the reservoir, while snow-capped peaks rise around. The dramatic mountains, including Tena and Peña Telera, highlight the village’s secluded and majestic character.
