Torla Ordesa Village

About the place
Torla Ordesa Village is a small mountain settlement in the Aragonese Pyrenees located at the entrance to Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park. The village is built with dark stone houses, narrow cobbled streets, and small inner courtyards. Above the rooftops rises the Church of San Salvador, with the massive rock walls of the Ordesa Canyon visible behind it. The Ara River flows close to the village, and hiking routes toward the Monte Perdido massif begin right at the edge of town. This place is popular as a convenient base for mountain walks and exploring traditional local architecture.
