La Pajarita Viewpoint
About the place
La Pajarita Viewpoint is perched on one of the most spectacular sections of the Jucar river canyon in Valencia. The limestone cliffs drop steeply to the river below where emerald waters wind through the gorge. From this height the entire canyon can be appreciated, including its sharp turns and narrow passages. The site combines the grandeur of vertical cliffs with the serenity of a secluded natural setting. Birds of prey often soar in the rising air currents adding movement and life to the scene.
