Black Cave is one of the largest caves in Montanejos, known for its vast interior and historical importance. The ceiling is darkened by soot from fires of ancient inhabitants, showing millennia of human presence. The hidden entrance among steep cliffs leads into the dramatic cavern. Excavations have uncovered stone tools used tens of thousands of years ago. Over centuries, the cave has sheltered shepherds and their flocks during storms, blending natural grandeur with historical significance.
