Cala Cerrada Beach

Cala Cerrada Beach

About the place

Cala Cerrada Beach is a naturally enclosed cove carved into the rocky coast of Cabo Tinoso. High limestone cliffs surround the bay on all sides, shielding it from wind and open sea swells. The water changes color from bright turquoise near the shore to deep indigo toward the center. Sunburned rock walls and total isolation create a powerful sense of silence and protection. Old smuggler trails winding along the slopes remain the only land access to this secluded beach.
