Mirador con informacion

Mirador con Información is a viewpoint with an information center located above the El Grado dam, where steep cliffs showing signs of tectonic displacement create a breathtaking landscape. Visitors can observe the turquoise waters of the Cinca River filling the valley. Exposed conglomerate layers provided a solid foundation for the dam, highlighting the interaction between geology and engineering. Information panels explain the construction of the dam and its impact on the villages of Mipanas and Ligüerre. The site demonstrates how a turbulent mountain river is transformed into a calm reservoir, supplying water to the irrigated lands of southern Aragon.
