St. Peter's Church

St. Peter's Church is a stone religious building standing at the heart of La Puebla de Castro. The church was formed in the sixteenth century on earlier foundations linked to medieval settlement growth. Its exterior is marked by solid walls and restrained decoration typical of Aragon rural architecture. The bell tower rises above the village and serves as a visual landmark from the surrounding landscape. Inside the church preserves artistic elements that reflect different historical periods of local worship.
