Alcudia Beach

Alcudia Beach

About the place

Alcudia Beach is one of Mallorca's longest, around 7 kilometres of fine white sand stretching along the bay on the island's north coast. Its main draw is the water: it stays shallow and calm a long way out, which makes it well suited to families with small children. The beach holds Blue Flag status, and a promenade runs behind it with showers, hotels, restaurants and shops within easy reach. There is plenty of room to spread out even in high season, especially on weekdays and in the early morning. You can rent sun loungers and umbrellas, and the firm, flat sand makes it an easy place for a long walk along the shoreline.
