La Era del Chulo Viewpoint is situated on the northeastern edge of Cofrentes, providing a unique perspective of the castle. The surrounding landscape features burnt earth, a deep gorge carved by the Cabriel River, and the fortress perched on a black volcanic cliff. The site highlights how the settlement is pressed against the base of the imposing rock. The basaltic hill structure is clearly visible from this vantage point. Traditional houses with terracotta roofs in the foreground enhance the pastoral charm, blending human settlement with dramatic natural scenery.
