Molina de Aragon

About the place
Molina de Aragon is nestled at the base of one of the largest fortresses in the country, which dominates the entire local landscape. The town flourished during the Middle Ages as the capital of an independent lordship, leaving a legacy of grand palaces and historic bridges. Walking through its narrow streets, visitors can admire traditional mansions with coats of arms on their facades and ancient churches. The Roman bridge over the Gallo River is one of the main attractions connecting different parts of the historic center. This location is known as one of the coldest places in Spain during winter, adding a unique atmosphere to its rugged stone scenery.
