Caminho Real do Paul do Mar (PR19) is a historic hiking trail on Madeira connecting the coast with the mountains. The trail starts in Prazeres at about 535 m and descends to the coastal village of Paul do Mar (~35 m) with Atlantic Ocean views. It features steep sections, terraces, old path remnants, and viewpoints, stretching 1.8 km and taking about 1 h 20 min.
