Creu d'en Riba Viewpoint

Creu d'en Riba Viewpoint is located at about 2000 meters and sits on steep alpine slopes with rocky paths through mountain pine. The viewpoint offers a full view of high-altitude meadows that served as pilgrimage and shepherding areas for centuries. The layout of the Nuria sanctuary is clearly visible, along with the mirrored lake and surrounding peaks. No roads enter the valley, emphasizing the pristine nature, with only the rack railway tracks cutting through the granite slopes. The area is also home to eagles and large birds of prey that soar above the cliffs on rising air currents.
