El Bollullo Beach
About the place
El Bollullo Beach is a wild black-sand beach of volcanic origin located on the northern coast of Tenerife, in the municipality of La Orotava. Surrounded by high cliffs and banana plantations, and largely untouched by mass tourism, it offers a unique atmosphere of natural isolation. Access to the beach is possible on foot or by car, but visitors should be cautious — strong waves and currents can make swimming dangerous.
