Ancón Beach
About the place
Ancon Beach is a secluded black-sand beach on the northern coast of Tenerife, surrounded by high volcanic cliffs. It can be reached on foot via a trail through the rocky landscape, which makes the place even more unique. The beach remains in a nearly natural state — infrastructure is limited, and the water can have strong waves and currents, so swimming requires caution.
