Natural Pool of Ponta da Ferraria

The Natural Pool of Ponta da Ferraria is located on the western coast of São Miguel Island in the Azores. It is formed by a combination of ocean waves and underwater hot springs. Here, the water can heat up to around 40 °C, creating a unique spa experience in the Atlantic. The pool is surrounded by volcanic lava rocks and is accessible by car with parking and a short walk down to the water.
