Treasure Cave

The Treasure Cave is unique because its galleries were shaped by marine currents and waves millions of years ago rather than by freshwater. Inside the mountain, a pathway leads visitors through spacious halls with unusual rock formations and small underground lakes. The site earned its name from an ancient legend about a treasure hidden by an Almoravid emperor within these dark grottoes. The cave walls preserve remnants of prehistoric rock art and archaeological finds dating back to the Paleolithic and Bronze Ages.
