Playa de Baja Larga

About the place
Playa de Baja Larga is located on the west coast of Tenerife. It is a fairly narrow beach — approximately 90 m long and only about 8 m wide. The surface consists of dark gravel and lava sand, and the water entry has a gradual slope, so water shoes are recommended. The shoreline is surrounded by cliffs, the beach has a “shell-like” shape, and it is considered little visited, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Infrastructure is minimal — while there are basic facilities, the beach does not have extensive services or developed buildings. It is an excellent spot for those seeking a quiet retreat away from mass tourism, but note that the beach is narrow and access can be slightly more challenging compared to larger resort beaches.
