Gorg del Salt
About the place
Gorg del Salt is a photogenic natural pool in Alicante province. The pool is surrounded by nearly vertical gorge walls and lush vegetation. Water changes color from emerald to deep turquoise depending on the light. The waterfall reaches its full power after rain, filling the gorge with the sound of rushing water. Stone steps lead down to the pool, offering excellent photo opportunities.
