Lake Ibon de Perramo

Lake Ibon de Perramo is a high-altitude natural pool tucked into a granite amphitheater at an elevation of approximately 2,250 meters. Its deep blue basin is sheltered by massive rock monoliths that shield the water from the wind, creating a perfect mirror for the surrounding ridges. The landscape is defined by its ruggedness, with shores strewn with rock fragments and sparse alpine flora, while the majestic spires of the Perramo peaks loom directly overhead. This lake is less frequented than the neighboring Batisielles lakes, offering travelers a chance to experience the pristine silence and wild beauty of the Posets-Maladeta Park.
