Laugarvatn Fontana Spa

Laugarvatn Fontana is a geothermal spa complex situated on the shore of Lake Laugarvatn in Iceland's Golden Circle. The steam baths are built directly above natural hot springs, creating a surreal experience of heat rising from beneath your feet. Visitors can cool off in the icy lake after soaking in the hot baths, a signature feature of the spa. The surroundings feature black volcanic shores, misty mountains, and a dramatic, almost otherworldly atmosphere.
