Hellulaug Hot Spring

A small, stone-lined natural pool sits in the rocks at the tide line of Vatnsfjörður, just below the main Westfjords road near Flókalundur. The water is warm and the setting wild, with room for only a handful of bathers and the fjord and open sea a few steps away. There's no changing hut and no ticket — just a donation box. It's free and always open, a quiet soak by day and under the stars.
