Pollurinn Hot Pool

Pollurinn sits on a hillside just outside Tálknafjörður in the Westfjords, above the fjord. Several concrete pools hold geothermal water at different temperatures — comfortably hot, around 38–42°C — with a cold plunge nearby. There are basic changing rooms and two showers but no toilets. Entry is free, the pools are kept up by the village, and it is quietest early or late in the day.
