Klukkufoss Waterfall

Klukkufoss lies in the Eysteinsdalur valley on the western tip of the Snæfellsnes peninsula, fed by meltwater from the Snæfellsjökull glacier above it. The falls drop over basalt columns that twist and bend along the line of the water instead of standing straight. A short, steep trail climbs to them, a lightly visited stop in Snæfellsjökull National Park with wide coastal views from the top.
