Krauma is a modern geothermal spa complex located near the Deildartunguhver hot spring in western Iceland. The spa uses a unique system that blends boiling geothermal water with cold glacial water from the Ok glacier. The architecture follows a minimalist high tech design that blends seamlessly into the volcanic landscape. Thick clouds of steam from the nearby hot spring rise constantly, creating a dramatic and otherworldly atmosphere. The spa contains no chlorine, as the water is continuously renewed by natural flow.
