Lambagil Waterfall

Lambagil is a little waterfall hidden in a narrow gorge in the Westfjords, just off the road that runs along Ísafjarðardjúp. A rough, unmarked path clings to the steep side of the riverbed, so few people make the walk. Those who do can step right into the lower falls, while a side path climbs into a slot canyon near the main drop. A landslide has cut off the route to the very base. Go on a dry day; the ground turns slippery in the wet.
