Godafoss (Bjarnarfjordur) Waterfall

About the place
Not the famous northern Goðafoss near Akureyri, but the Westfjords' own — a small, wild waterfall tucked into a mossy basalt gorge in Bjarnarfjörður, on the remote Strandir coast. The river splits above the lip, so no single spot shows the whole fall; you scramble over the rocks or ford above it to find the view. It's free and always open, a short walk from a tiny roadside car park, and makes a quiet stop on the long drive to Drangsnes and Djúpavík.
