Landmannalaugar Hot Spring

Landmannalaugar Hot Spring is a legendary geothermal pool in Iceland’s highlands, where hot water mixes with cold streams to form a natural bathing spot. The backdrop of “rust-colored” rhyolite mountains shimmers in shades of yellow, red, and pink. The surrounding landscape is quiet and dramatic: you feel on the edge of the inhabited world.
