Cable Cars

Two rides, at opposite edges of Europe. The Fuente De Cable Car in Cantabria climbs to the top of the Picos de Europa massif in four minutes. It is one of the most popular technical attractions in northern Spain. The Santana Cable Car runs the other way, dropping from the green hills of Madeira's north coast to the Atlantic. A wild beach and a stretch of scenic coast lie at the bottom. Cloud decides both rides: in low cloud you travel into white and see nothing.
